I specialise in the facilitation of learning and development for people that manage staff in social care and the allied professions within local government, justice, health, education and housing.

I am a consultants, mentor, coach and deliver training sessions to staff, service users, managers and elected members.

In addition to being available by telephone and email my geographical location in the Midlands allows us to travel throughout the British Isles.

I offer interactive training sessions , designed to be enjoyable for the learner but never forgetting that improved outcomes for the people whom they are working with is the prime objective.

I work with associates who are not only qualified and competent but also people who take pride in the service they offer to learners and the great ripple effect for their service users.

We recognise that combined with high standards our customers need best value and we aim to offer great quality within your available budget
