Workshop leader & founder of WOW Impro. Leading workshops/classes in the art of improvisational comedy & theatre as well as general acting workshops.
Experience includes performing with WOW Impro, Foghorn Improv, Box of Frogs, Big Wednesday & Impro Vivo.
Theatre directing experience: Directed the one act play 'Jacobson's Organ' by Nicholas Corden winning the Warwickshire Cup & Nuneaton One Act Play festivals in March & May 2010. Also has directed pantomimes and new writing.

Rich Coad & Theatre Absolute brings this one off workshop suitable for all levels of experience which results in an optional performance alongside WOW Impro members.
The workshop will be covering:
-Basic Laws Of Improv
-Character Building incl Movement
-Story Structure
-Improv games
The workshop lasts from Noon to 5pm followed by the 7pm-8pm performance which you are invited to perform in.
A great fun way of learning the art of impro or putting those existing skills to use. Those not wishing to perform are invited to watch the show (ticket cost included in workshop fee).

Improv comedy/theatre workshops (Drop In)
Drop in workshop ran by WOW Impro's Rich Coad, Matt Dibbens & Sarah Reed. All levels of experience welcome from absolute beginner to seasoned pro.
Workshops include mime, clowning, character building & all general improv.

Experience
Shipston High School
WOW Impro have ran workshops for & performed regularly with pupils from Shipston High School. This gave youths aged 14-16 the opportunity to improvise alongside professional performers at an affordable cost while boosting their social & acting skills.
Juggling & clowning for kids aged 6-10
A series of workshops for children aged 6 up to 10 at Race Lees School in Bedworth.
The sessions teach the children the key aspects of clowning & mime as well as basic juggling up to 3 balls.
The classes were ran for an hour on a five session course.
Labyrinth Youth Theatre
Occasional one off workshops teaching young actors 14 years upwards the importance of character building through a series of games designed to get the group members thinking about movement & voice.
Also covering improvisation & comedy to enhance performance skills & confidence.
Bedworth Arts Centre
Weekly drop in impro classes have been at Bedworth Arts Centre since March 2004 & continue to be strong.
Subjects covered include: mime, character building, storytelling & making, clowning, movement & stand up comedy/monologues amongst others.
A variety of experience has made the workshops an enjoyable time for all, from absolute beginners to professional stand ups & actors.
