I came to T'ai Chi looking for something to help me recover from Chronic Fatigue. I found what I needed and 20 years later I'm still getting rewards from this marvellous exercise system.
I am constantly fascinated by the way in which these subtle, flowing movements can work on so many levels - mental, physical and energetic.
I have been teaching both T'ai Chi and Chi Kung for 15 years and my students span the age spectrum. It is never too late to start learning. We go at a slow pace to enable everyone to enjoy themselves while gaining many health benefits.
