About Rosalie Dores
Rosalie teaches mindful yoga and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction. She has completed a five-year Master’s degree in Teaching Mindfulness Based approaches at the Centre for Mindfulness Research and Practice, Bangor University. Rosalie completed her Masters with distinction in 2012 and was named the top performing Masters student of her year. Rosalie holds a Certificate in Teacher Competency in teaching mindfulness and is an associate teacher with the University of Bangor. She offers professional development workshops exploring relational and somatic mindfulness as well as mindfulness- based stress reduction courses. She has regular supervision for her practice and follows the guidelines for good practice as outlined by the Centre for Mindfulness Research and Practice.
Rosalie has also completed a foundational training in Focusing; an inner enquiry approach developed by philosopher/psychotherapist Eugene Gendlin, which she integrates within her mindfulness teaching practice.
Mindfulness teaching is her vocation and has unfolded out of a 20 year commitment to both meditation and yoga. She is committed to creating well-being in all areas of her life and keen to share the benefits of this journey with others. Her guiding principle in her work is that we all have the capacity for well-being it’s just a case of learning how to tap into our rich inner resources. What we are looking for is already there!
