Group Classes

Baby and Postnatal Yoga

These classes are for mum and baby together. We will do some yoga and stretching exercises for baby which can help redue colic and help sleep. We will also work on the new mums body by doing toning and strenthening exercises, focusing on rebuilding the strenth in the stomach muscles.
These classes are for mums with babies from age 6 weeks to crawling.
Snacks and drinks are provided at the end of the session.

Pregnancy Yoga

These classes are for pregnant ladies from 16weeks to birth. They include stetching, toning, stregthening, breathing exercises, energy building and relaxation. All helping to keep you strong thoughout pregnancy and forwards when you have baby.Also meet other mums to be and talk and build friendships.
