Begginners Aerobics
BEGINNERS AEROBICS
Low impact aerobic workout, containing simple choreography. Specifically designed for those new to exercise or those requiring a low impact option to an exercise class. Choreography built up slowly, with available options to make harder if required. Upbeat music, fun moves all designed to burn fat and bring you the 'feel good' feeling of exercise. The class will be finished with Abdominal exercises and stretches.
Abs Blast
ABS BLAST
This 30-minute class focuses on abdominal conditioning. This is an intense and concentrated workout for abs only. Improve core control, coordination, standing alignment and balance.
50/50 Step & Aerobics
The first half of the class will be cardiovascular based in the form of aerobics or step for optimum calorie burning and stamina building results, followed by a second half of muscular strength and endurance, toning upper and/or the lower body.
