I have studied Martial Arts for over 25 years, studied Yoga over 10 years, lived in a Buddhist temple for over 6 years spending 1 year as a Tibetan Buddhist monk in a closed retreat in Scotland.
My teaching skills have been developed over about 18 years with the last 10 being used to support living.
As well as offering more western personal training methods, we try to offer a more holistic way to train health and also run weekend retreats to combat stress across the UK.
We have had clients from all walks of life from Olympic hopefuls and celebrities to some personal friends. We think you will enjoy one of our weekend retreats as they are a perfect way to de-stress from the modern lifestyle.

The UK weekends are a great place to make new friends and de-stress or just to spend time on your own de-stressing in quiet solitude.
The Thailand retreats are similarly great for doing whatever you wish.
There is a structure with none of the activites compulsory.

Per session training needs a 24 hr notice period.
we need a deposit for the residential retreats and at least 14 days notice although if we can fill the space you will not be charged.
