I have been teaching yoga for 8 years. I trained at the Sivananada Yoga Centre in Kerala, and also at the P.V.A Ayurvedic Hospital in Kerala. I then worked full time in Goa, India as a yoga teacher and Ayurvedic therapist at Cyril Yoga Ayurvedic Clinic. I recently moved to England and have begun my own Yoga classes and ayurvedic treatments. I offer group classes in local halls that are on a drop in basis, with no booking required. These are generic classes for all levels. I also offer private yoga classes and Ayurvedic massage from my own private yoga studio and treatment room which is tailored to suit the individual. My newly built studio and treatment room is a safe, quite and tranquil environment.
