These drop in classes are suitable for people who work in the town centre and are interested in lunchtime Pilates classes. The sessions are for people with and without experience. Mats are provided and booking is essential as we keep the numbers under control to ensure you get a great session.

Beginner Pilates
This is a beginner Pilates course with maximum 12 participants. You will be introduced to the principles of Pilates and learn up to 15 movements to help you strengthen your deep postural muscles, reduce tension and increase muscle balance and flexibility.
