Soraya is a dancer at heart. As a child she participated in folk dance performances and during her college years she was motivated to explore the magic of the Middle East, its music, text and legends. This fascination led her to begin her studies of belly dance.

Soraya is a Belly dancer performer and instructor originally from Colombia South America. She has a particular latin style that brings a lot of energy and joy to her dance. She was a special guest for opening show of the international instructors: Tamalyn Dallal and Kazafy in a performance on her native country in 2008. In recent years she has participated in different workshops of international artists like Fadua Chuffi (Brazil)2.005, Saida Superstar (Argentina) 2.007 Amir Thaleb (Argentina) 2.010 , Samara Hayat(Spain) 2.010, Sharon Kihara (U.S.A) 2.010, Ozgen (Turkey) 2.010 Hossam Ramzy (Egpty) and Selena Ramzy (Brazil) 2.o10
