We are a small, friendly non-profit making club for adults who love to train and learn. Instructors Darren Muirhead and Mark Austin are British Martial Arts and Boxing Association registered (https://bmaba.com/), fully insured and both have over 30 years of martial arts experience. They are 5th generation teachers from Bruce Lee with the lineage running: Bruce Lee → Dan Inosanto → Bob Breen → Steve Eldridge → Darren and Mark.

Jeet Kune Do continues to evolve Bruce Lee’s original set of principles, drawing on the best of many martial arts, ancient and modern. Effectiveness is the key. A great workout, confidence booster and skills for life in a friendly environment for all levels of ability.
