I have been practising yoga for a long time and trained to be a teacher in 2003 with The British Wheel of Yoga

I like gentle yoga myself so my classes are gentle with lots of movement, stretches, strength work, postures, pranayama and relaxation. I always offer opportunities for for stronger yoga if it is appropriate for the student.

My students like the fact that I introduce new ideas for them to try out and experience for themselves.
