Loving touch is a powerful way to communicate with your baby. Massage will enhance your bonding experience, relaxation and can improve colic, teething and other problems. A great opportunity to meet other mothers and relax in a warm, supportive environment.

Intermediate Yoga Class Every Tuesday
Classes begin with a short relaxation to still the mind.
This is followed by more progressive posture work to stretch, tone and strengthen the body. A deep relaxation then completes the class which restores the body and mind.
