Tammy brings a peaceful energy to her classes, which challenge her students to feel within. Safe practice and correct alignment is the primary focus of her teaching, while at the same time encouraging sensitivity, honesty, openness, presence and generosity. Tammy currently teaches in London and offers group sessions and one-to-one training.
