The aim of all classes is to develop and strengthen the building blocks that sit at the heart of Taiji (and hence martial movement) through both the physical and philosophical. Through this development and practice, physical and innate skill becomes more natural, effective and effortless.

Primary Aim : To Build Stillness within the Mind
Develop grounding, improve physical structure, flexibility and above all stillness. Students seeking to develop mental and physical focus will find this primarily solo work rewarding.
Introduction to Qi Gong and Martial Art
Primary Aim : To Develop Physical Skill
Develop and test physical skill in relation to others and the world at large. Aimed at students with an interest in developing Martial Skill through Taiji practices. Students of other disciplines welcome.
