Tempo Dancing was opened in September 2003 after a refurbishment of the premises to incorporate a ballroom and a smaller dance studio.

From small beginnings, it has grown into the leading dance school in Portsmouth and has become known as a friendly place where professional teachers make the business of learning to dance exhilirating and fun.
