I learnt the majority of my cookery skills from my mother who trained in Paris to become a Cordon Bleu chef. I have also trained on a number of cookery courses myself and have always been inspired by the satisfaction that cooking a meal brings to me and however many people are with me.
I have worked as a chef in three different restaurants and really enjoy teaching people how to develop their cookery skills. Classes are always tailored to the individual/parties requirements and the source of the foods used and the nutritional values of them will always be looked at.
