Toby Radcliffe
I am a professional long-course triathlete for Team Timex - as a rookie this year, I've a few years of hard work and fun coming up! Here's to the long-game as I work my way up the professional ranks!
2005 marked my first Ironman race and I finished in a time of 9:42. IN 2006 I completed Ironman Germany in a time of 9:32 and won my age group at Weymouth Middle Distance. IN 2007 I posted a 9:16 at Ironman Austria (1st British athlete) and a 9:15 at Ironman UK. Since 2005 I have been getting fitter and faster and that journey continues as I start pursuing triathlon as a professional athlete. This year I had my first top ten pro finish, coming 6th at Ironman UK, and qualified as a pro for the Ironman World Championships in Hawaii.
Highlights of the year so far include warm-weather training in the Geelong, Australia, concentrating on some solid base training, logging 60 hours training in eight days at Epic Camp New Zealand, and qualifying for the World Championships in Kona.
I coach athletes for all levels of triathlon, focusing on long term plans and structuring your training correctly to achieve your goals. Most of my coaching is provision of tailored training programs, with regular review of progress and advice. I work with coaching firm TriPerformance - www.triperfromance.co.uk

I can offer everything from simple advice to a fully structured training programme for all distances from sprints to ironman, and reasonable pricing varies according to detail required, or if one-on-one sessions are wanted.
