I am retired Army Musician of 23 years service with experience in teaching all brass instruments and theory of music. I teach both beginners and those with experience conduct,arrange music, and run a swing band as well as being Asst. Musical Director of a local Brass Band and Conductor to their Training Band.

For the past 10 years I have taught brass and choir for the 11th Session linked to Notts County Council

I am currently in my 2nd year at Sheffield Uni studying for my BMus and have my CRB.

Group Classes

Bestwood Black Diamonds Training Band

This is a training band foe all ages, we currently have 17 members and numbers are increasing. The Senior band volunteer to help to teach individual skills and help in the main training band. All volunteers are CRB checked.
