'Family class'

Calling all budding black belts!
Mini Martial Arts Classes aimed at preparing for Martial Arts training For 3-6 year old boys and girls.
Family classes for parents and cares to join with younger family members for a family activite.

Our classes are aimed at creating a fun safe environment for young minds and bodies to begin developing an interest in Martial arts. If you know nothing of martial arts come and have a look, it’s not all about breaking bricks and flying kicks!
We are an established martial arts group with a structured syllabus teaching all ability and age levels.
Our instructors are insured, licenced and CRB checked. ‘Mini Martial Arts’ is affiliated to Traditional Shotokan Karate Union.
On a physical level classes include exercises for coordination, balance and agility along with age appropriate toning, strengthening and aerobic exercises. On an emotional level we place emphasise on individual development fostering
confidence in the shy and structure for the more out going children. Many parents comment on how our classes have lead to improved school and home life. Personal safety and awareness skills are taught at a level appropriate to this age range.
Class instructor Tracey Phipps 6th. Dan Black Belt

I also have over 30 years training in the martial arts to fall back on!
‘Mini Martial Arts’ classes are followed by our Family class, which lead to our 7-12 year olds then on to youth and adult sessions.
Who knows you could be setting your little one off along a life long path of both physical and mental development.”
