St Albans Ki Aikido Club
Please contact Vince before turning up on Sundays as occasionally the hall has to be used for other events.
At St Albans Aikido Club we teach Ki Aikido from the Ki Federation of Great Britain - a not for profit organisation started by the first British sensei ever to teach Aikido here in the UK. Our style of Aikido promotes health, calmness and wellbeing in a fun way and is accessible to people of any age or ability.
You do not need to be physically fit or strong and we have plenty of pensioners, youngsters and people with disabilities in our organisation. Our intention is to unlock our inner strenghts by performing movements and mental exercises that help us overcome our own weaknesses and help us deal with the difficult situations we face in our daily lives.
You are welcome to come along to view the classes and to have a chat with us. We are a friendly, happy bunch - and there's a good reason for that!
Please contact us or visit the website for further information.

I have studied Karate and Taekwondo but eventually settled on Aikido having found that its gentle methods actually do work. I study with The Ki Federation of Great Britain and teach their methods in out St Albans class.
