We have many classes in the Lancashire area from day time to evening. I am a registered Instructor with the Tai chi union for Great Britain.

We teach: Laojia Yilu, Foundation Forms, qi gong, stretching and flexibility, meditation.

We are fully insured and CRB checked. My classes are suitable for ages 12 - 100

Beginners classes are always available

Tai Chi in the park!

We meet at Blackpool Sports Centre Car Park at 9:40am and walk to the tennis courts to begin Taiji at approx 10:00am - 11:00am

Tai Chi in the park is suitable for all levels from complete beginner to more advanced.

Tai chi in the park runs for 1 hour

This event is run by Chen Taiji Blackpool and Wu Xing Chen Taijiquan

We charge 50p to play which is donated to charity.

this is a good way to check out which teachers are available in your area and an excellent introduction to learning Tai Chi.

There are usually 40 participants so its also a good way to make new friends.
