Jennie Dodd

Hi, I'm Jennie Dodd, born in Edinburgh in 1971 and living in on a farm in deepest Devon. In the past I lived and worked in Athens, Amsterdam, London and more recently Brighton. I've been living in Devon closer to my family for several years now and don't plan going anywhere else for long! Although, I am planning a trip back to India soon to continue my Yoga studies.

I love delivering Yoga classes to children and adults. I hold private and group classes from a converted barn on the farm, at our local secondary school and balance classes in our local village hall in Shebbear. Have a look at our timetable here.

Devon is an ideal place to come for some R&R; space and fresh air mean there are some fab retreats here. I am lucky enough to teach Yoga at some of them including Reforge Retreats, Retreats for You and Yeotown Health Retreat

Otherwise, I am to be found at work in our community for Wolf and Water at Beaford Arts who organise therapeutic artistic work in areas that most need it. I also run the work experience week and produce an evening of dance at The Plough Arts Centre in Great Torrington and work for our local dance agency Dance in Devon.

Professional development is really important to me and I'm fully qualified, DBS and insured. I am a Post Graduate Secondary Dance Teacher and have BA Hons in Dance and related arts. My Yoga teachers training was at Chandra Yoga All set up to give you a fun, safe and effective class!
