Tai Chi Qigong - 'The Moving Meditation'
Rejuvenating body, mind and spirit

The ancient art of learning to control the flow of Qi or energy through the body using breath, movement and meditation, the skill of cultivating the body’s vital energy. It is 'instant access' to feeling calm, grounded and vibrant. Anyone can do it, seated or standing, whatever your level of fitness. We usually end our sessions with a short neigong (meditation) session.

Group Sessions - Starting on Thursday 15th September at 4:15-5:15pm
At the beautiful premises of the Martlets Hospice, Hove - with FREE car park!
£5 per session: Sessions are drop-in - Book 6 sessions in advance and get 6th session absolutely free!

1-2-1 Sessions - tailored specifically for any current health issues you may have.
