This lesson can be a fun introduction session or at any other level including advanced pro or Master Class. It will include an over view of the many benefits that are enjoyed by students including career potential and validated health and psychological benefits.
A Professional assessment could be completed including performance elements, accuracy/speed, interpretation, composition, technique,co-ord/idependance, C/L Hemi limitations, knowledge related to The System etc.
