Shirt making class
Location:
Design and produce your own shirt.
In the five day workshop you will learn all the fundamentals of creating your own shirt.
Day one:
One on one guidance and teaching.
Design shirt, and choose cloth.
Pattern cut shirt design: collar, cuffs and placket, button wrap.
Day two:
Cut shirt pattern from chosen cloth. Fuse and press pieces.
Day three:
Construction:
Body base, yoke, pleats and sleeve.
Day four:
Construction:
Sleeve, side seams, placket, cuff and collar.
Day five:
Collar, buttonholes and buttons.
