Mindfulness Meditation
Location:
For one-to-one sessions I will adjust the content according to your needs, however, sessions will normally include: breathing exercises, body scanning, meditation based upon awareness of breathing, and guided meditations. Sessions will normally last for one hour and will take place once a week for 6 weeks, with a half-time review to check that we are happy with the way things are going.
