If you've ever stood in your living room and conducted your favourite Beethoven Symphony while the Berlin Philharmonic play out on the stereo then this lesson is for you. Learn some of the secrets of the orchestral conductor, what makes a good (and a bad!) one. Learn the basic beat patterns (with or without baton)and how to change tempo.

If you are planning on going to a concert, why not learn the basics of conducting one of the pieces on the programme? You will engage with the concert on a whole new level, as you decode the meanderings of the conductor's baton!
