Joy trained as a teacher of Food and Textile Technology, has over 20 years teaching experience in several secondary schools, completed a Foundation diploma in Art and Design at West Dean College in June 2010, and gained an MA in Fine Art at Portsmouth University in October 2012. Her passion for Textile art has developed over many years. Joy has experienced and experimented with many wonderful techniques which she is now passing onto others.
