Personal tuition for Tai Chi and Meditation
Location:
The lesson is tailor-made to your level of ability and area of interest. Tai Chi is particular good for improving our sense of balance, co-ordination and posture, and we can focus more on one of these areas if required, although we would still maintain the holistic approach of the tai chi principle. Lessons can also be geared to meditation or qi gong is that is your area of interest. Experienced students should note that my training is in Chen Style tai chi.
