Yoga for the mind and the body

If you've never done Yoga before and would like to try, the best way to start is with a one to one session. Depending on your health status we can work on Iyengar style Yoga postures - with blankets and bricks to help you into the postures. Or if you're looking for a more dynamic style, I can introduce you to Vinyasa Yoga which involves linking the postures and working on breath-synchronised movements.
