Private Martial Arts Classes
If you want to do Martial arts but prefer to work alone or in a small group of your choosing, this class is for you.
The class is tailored to your personal requirements and moves at your own pace towards your own goals. You can choose to focus primarily on weight loss and fitness,or follow a syllabus towards your black belt. You could do a self defence programme, or develope your skills towards becomming a fighting champion in regional, national and international tournaments. The choice is yours.
