Martial Arts Self defense For Beginners

A complimentary private martial arts lesson is the perfect opportunity to check out our Doncaster and Retford school! Just call on 01302 556402 and we will be happy to help you get started. First let us know what location you are in. Then we will decide which program you would like to try and schedule your first lesson at a convenient time for you! You will be guided through your complimentary lesson, one on one, by a qualified instructor. You will work at a pace that is comfortable for you. The purpose of the complimentary private lesson is to take you on a tour of our facilities, cover the basic techniques and you become comfortable with the terminology and basic structure used in our martial arts class.

For your first complimentary private lesson, please wear comfortable clothing (jogging bottoms and t-shirt are fine). We look forward to seeing you in your first class!!!

Remember you are more than welcome to bring a guest along, a family friend or relative. This way it will take away any nervousness or anxiety you may feel and you will enjoy your class a lot more.
