Covering topics from the Karate teaching syllabus including Basics (Kihon), Kihon Bunkai, Kata, Kata Bunkai, Ippon Kumite, Jiyu Ippon Kumite, Kobudo (Sai, Bo, Jo), Basic Jutsu Self Defence.
