Mindfulness-based One-to-One Support
You may prefer to work on a one-to-one basis. This kind of work provides:
more in-depth support
time to work at your pace
time to focus on and explore specific issues which may stand in the way of you deepening your mindfulness practice
time to discuss your progress and any changes you might want to make
Coaching and mentoring can also be done via telephone.
Fees:
£40 per session (one hour)
£140 per 4 sessions (paid in advance)
£550 For delivery of the mindfulness-based stress reduction course on a one-to-one basis to individuals over 15 hours.
