This class is a complete introduction to the basics of Power Yoga, a new style of yoga that is growing fast in the UK.
If you don't think yoga is for you, Power Yoga will persuade you otherwise - unlike classical yoga it is a fast, challenging cardiovascular work-out that will tone your whole body, improve strength, flexibility and balance, and de-stress and focus your mind.
I am certified by the Yoga Alliance, and teach in studios in South-West London.
I'm happy to travel to your place, or you can come to my studio in Battersea.
