What is Feldenkrais?
The Feldenkrais Method® is a unique approach to learning how we can move with greater ease and more efficiency.
By improving our movement, posture and breathing, we can develop self-awareness and regain our capacity for strength, flexibility and coordination.
Feldenkrais can help with:

It can be taught one to one or in groups.
In a typical one to one lesson myself and you as the client will discuss what would be most useful for you to learn in terms of movement for the particular lesson. I would let you do some movements to see how you organise yourself as we say in the method. Generally everyone has learnt to move in certain ways which is good and useful. But sometimes these habits can stand in our way to do better or even lead to pain during certain movements. In the lesson you and I will discuss this. The lesson continues fully clothed either on lying, sitting or sometimes standing. Through touch with my hands I will gently support you, suggesting, encouraging and guiding you towards new ways of moving.

The Feldenkrais Method is for all ages, abilities and levels: for people in sports and office workers, for dancers, singers and actors, for ordinary people in health or illness who want to improve their movement.
