A conversation between two objects
Location:
Level, can be beginners, intermediate and advanced. Student will use materials of different qualities to explore a conversation between two objects. Recycled household materials can be used such as cardboard box, plastic bag, foam, hard and soft materials, cocktail sticks,balls, tape, plus paint etc. Contrasts in weight, texture, shape, colour are explored.Student will need to consider how the objects relate to the space, will they be on a table, on the floor, attached to wall or ceiling. In other words the student will be made aware that sculpture exists in a spacial environment, it is not an isolated object.
