Introduction on 5 points of Yoga,
How to do abdominal breathing
Eye, Neck and Shoulder exercises
Single and double leg raises
Two basic asana's (postures) - Shoulderstand and Fish
Final Relaxation
If you keep a regular practice, you will start getting more flexible and your health with improve.
The other asana's will slowly be introduced depending on your capacity. There are 12 asana's in total and variations will be introduced after finishing the 4 beginner classes.
