How to play the cornet
Location:
We first look at the instrument itself and get you familiar with different parts and how they work.
We then look closely at breathing and how to use the breath to confidently produce a clean note.
Depending on your musical ability, we will look at naming the notes on the stave and how this translates to playing the instrument.
By the end of the lesson you will be able to play a note on the trumpet/cornet and have a clear understanding of how the instrument works.
