Silver Clay/PMC Pure Silver Jewellery Making Lesson
Silver Clay is made in Japan and when moulded into a piece of jewellery and fired, it turns into a pure silver item.
This Clay can be flattened, pleated, moulded, cut, rolled..... the list goes on! Shape the clay into your unique pieces of jewellery, let it dry then fire with a torch of kiln (if you are lucky enough to have one!) When its polished you will have a nice shiny piece of jewellery. Silver Clay is so versatile, you are only limited by your imagination.
On the beginners course you will learn all about the different Clays available, how to make and use moulds and how to add texture and the different ways of doing this, shaping the clay, firing and finishing the item.
