1-2-1 Fitness Sessions for Ladies

Various 1-2-1 Sessions available. At your home, outside locations or at a Gym. Sessions can consist of Cardio, fat blasting, toning and strengthening exercises to get you fit, help lose weight and tone all major areas.
All fitness levels and abilities welcome and ALL Goals considered - whether you are getting Married, have a holiday or special event coming up, trying to lose baby weight or generally looking good and feeling better.
