Lessons / Sessions can vary dependant upon your goals. They are tailored, specialised and exact.

There is our initial meeting, assessments, session planning and sessions.

RBT (Results Based Training) is the method I adopt. Using what works and disregarding what doesn’t work for an individual is the philosophy behind it.

I treat sessions like play time and use a multitude of toys to keep the sessions alive and kicking! Things like:

Kettlebells
PowerBags
Ropes
TRX
Kickboxing
Boxing
Bands and even your own bodyweight!

I can, for example, help with the following goals:

Pre-Uniform Training
Pre-Fight Training

HOW LONG: 60 Minutes

Rates: 
Rates vary upon what your unique goals are. Some just training can be as little as £30 per session where some 'training plus nutrition' sessions can be up to £50. Discounts are added for block bookings.
