Presentation Skills

In this first, introductory, session we will discuss your needs and concerns relating to speaking in public and you will be introduced to some practical tools, largely drawn from the Alexander Technique. I aim to tailor-make the session to your needs and give you something to work on for yourself afterwards. You can then decide if you would like further sessions.
