I teach the Alexander Technique, voice & presentation skills in Brighton & Hove and Vienna. I work in one-on-one sessions, small groups and run bespoke workshops. I also offer Alexander walks in the Sussex countryside.
I'm particularly interested in the voice, both singing and speaking, and in the impact of what we hear on how we think and move.
And I love singing!
