Arty-Folks is a self-help group for adults with mental health concerns that was set up by service users to bridge the gap from mental health services to living independently in the community. We use the visual arts as a starting point to a holistic and rounded approach to recovery, and we support participants to make gradual and sustainable life-style changes with new interests, education, volunteering and work.
