I run an independent consultancy specialising in understanding and improving human performance and behaviour.
I use scientific methods to help people to understand their behaviour better, and in so doing to make permanent, positive change in their lives. I am also pioneering the use of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy in the workplace.
This is an evidence-based technique which uses mindfulness to help people improve their psychological flexibility. In turn this helps them cope with stress more effectively, focus better and make better decisions.
