Before running my coaching practice I worked as a Producer for the BBC (I still work regularly for the BBC in a freelance capacity). My career has provided me with a wealth of experience to draw from as a coach. I became a Performance and Development Consultant because I wanted to use the skills I’ve built up over the years to support others in achieving successful, fulfilling lives.
