Growing Edges
We offer training in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) for individuals, groups and organisations/companies. Mindfulness is endorsed by the National Institute of Clinical Excellence and the Mental Health Foundation's 'Be Mindful' campaign. It is a tried-and-tested approach to reducing the effect that stress has on us, whatever its source, and restoring balance. Courses are professionally delivered and supported with learning materials. Everyone can benefit from being more mindful!
