Tang Soo Do is one of the oldest martial art systems and as part of the World Tang Soo Do Association we have three aims:

o Self Defence – to protect our lives, families and possessions from injustice and danger

o Health – To promote our physical and spiritual health and enjoy strong bodies and sound minds through rigorous training
